-EXCLUDE resort home,shophouse and SOHO

-Only first party charge allowed.

-Under construction  property by individual/appointed contractor is not allowed.

-Malay Reserved Land is not allowed by the Bank under this scheme.

Property Value:RM100,000.00-RM500,000.00

Location:All arears located in Malaysia

Type of facility:100% Term loan/financing only.Flexy and OD is not allowed.Financing of MRTA/MRTT,legal fees and valuation fees is strictyly not allowed under this scheme.

Employment:Confirmed employee with minimum employment of 6 month with same employer are no longer applicable.

  1. bagus jg ada 100% loan, landed house sekrang mahal bebenor kt lembah klang, nk sediakan 10% tu pun seksa, belum lg lawyer fee..EPF pun kekdg tak cukup..kena menabung time study, tapi lepas study nk bayo hutang PTPTN pulak..huhu..

  2. Betul juga yg ini more pada mereka yg masih mudalah Irda sebab kalau yg usia dah 30an rata-rata dah ada rumah sendiri. Tapi yg kesian yg muda-muda pulak ramai yg income tak stabil lagi.

    skim rumah pertamaku ni cume leh wat 100% ke?klu wat 90% under skim ni boleh tak?
